Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only if the cancellation request is received within 7 days of booking the consultancy service of sales and marketing.
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will be calculated after deducting a cancellation fee of 10% of the total consultancy fee.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation request.
- Payment Gateway Charges: Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for booking the service.
- Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the consultancy service, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Service Unavailability: If Laira Infra Developers is unable to provide the consultancy service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed.
